About Me & My Practice

My Story

Feel Good Forum was born from a simple belief: therapy should feel gentle, accessible, and deeply human. I founded this practice to create a space where you can be fully yourself—without masks, shame, or judgment.

With an MSc in Clinical Psychology and specialized training in trauma-informed care, CBT, and narrative therapy, I've worked with hundreds of individuals, couples, and families navigating anxiety, trauma, relationship challenges, and life transitions.

What drives my work: Every person deserves to feel heard, seen, and safe. My role isn't to "fix" you—it's to help you understand your story, honor your emotions, and empower you to create meaningful change.

Everything you need to know about getting started

What happens in a first session?

In your first session, we'll spend time getting to know each other. I'll listen to your story, understand your goals and concerns, explain my approach, and together we'll determine if we're a good fit and create an initial plan.

How long is one session?

Standard sessions are 50 minutes, with a 10-minute admin buffer. This gives us meaningful time to explore and work together without feeling rushed.

Is everything I share confidential?

Yes, with very few exceptions (safety concerns, court orders). Everything you share stays between us. Your privacy and trust are sacred.

Do you offer online sessions?

Yes! I offer secure video sessions from your home. Same professional care, greater convenience.

What if therapy doesn't work for us?

Therapy is a partnership. If it's not working, we'll talk openly about it. We can adjust our approach, explore what's not fitting.
